AdWordsify reserves the right to modify syllabus modules, shift timings, or adjust tools taught to reflect modern digital marketing changes and practitioner requirements.
5. No Guarantee of Admission, Internship, or Results
AdWordsify maintains strict learning standards:
- Admissions: Submitting application forms or screening assessments does not guarantee cohort admission. The selection process is manual and selective.
- Internships: Performance-based internships with partner digital marketing agencies are merit-driven and must be earned by meeting milestones, attendance guidelines, and grading outcomes. We do not offer unconditional placement guarantees.
- Outcomes: Educational outcomes, consulting success, or career transitions depend on individual student dedication, practical work, and logical application. We do not guarantee specific monetary or employment gains.
6. Payments and Fees
Cohort fees (Standard Track at ₹22,000 or Premium Track at ₹32,000) must be cleared in accordance with the billing timeline agreed upon during seat confirmation. Installment structures must be met by their respective deadlines. AdWordsify operates a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy starting from the first live session of the batch. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day period are ineligible.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use this site and our forms in a lawful manner. You are prohibited from submitting false or malformed contact details, scraping assessment questions, uploading malicious scripts, or harassing mentors, staff, or batchmates in student community workspaces.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
We integrate or link to external platforms (such as Google Forms, Slack, Discord, or the WhatsApp messaging platform). AdWordsify does not control, supervise, or assume liability for the functionality, data policies, or service terms of these third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination / Restriction of Access
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict or terminate your access to the AdWordsify website, forms, or cohort communication portals if we discover violation of these Terms and Conditions or fraudulent submission behavior.
13. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in C33 DLF Ankur Vihar.
